Refund Policy

1. Have you changed your mind? We will provide a refund if you change your mind after placing an order. If we’ve already dispatched your impression kit, send it back to us unopened and we can cancel your order*
2. Are you having trouble taking impressions? If you’re having trouble taking your impressions, we have many videos on our YouTube channel to help you with this. If you need to cancel your order after you have used your impressions kit we charge a one-off £50 fee to cover material and shipping costs, and provide you with a refund. You must notify us by email within the 14 day cooling off period to be eligible for a refund.
3. 30-day warranty. Every Withasmile© is covered by a 30-day warranty. Please alert us to any faults within this time. If you find you have issues with your new Withasmile© Veneers we can work with you to alter the veneers on our master models if the problem is minor or we can issue a new impression kit so we can start from scratch. At this point, we cannot offer a full refund, as your Withasmile© has been created exactly to your specifications, and cannot be resold.

* Please note for international orders the shipping fee is non-refundable and will be added to any one-off fees charged.
