What currency are the prices shown on your website?
All prices are in £ GBP (Great British Pounds).

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship out impression kits within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once we receive your kit back, please allow up to 14 working days production time for your veneers to be designed, created and ready to send.
Tracking numbers will be updated the day your order has been sent. If you would like an update at any time please email us at info@withasmileveneers.com or track them using your tracking number on our website.

Did you know? We also offer a 3 day express service on a number of our veneers. These are manufactured within 3 working days once your impressions are received. View our products to find out more!

What happens if I do my impressions wrong?
We send clear step-by-step instructions with every order as well as a spare set of putty should you need it. You can also find a video for taking impressions here.

If your impressions are still not usable, however, we will send a spare kit, free of charge for you to redo them.

What if I purchase your veneers but when you receive my kit I am not suitable for them?     
On rare occasions, our veneers aren't suitable for those with specific dental problems. If we are unable to provide you with veneers for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you the full amount of your purchase.

What if my veneers don't fit?
As long as you do your impressions correctly, your veneers should fit perfectly. However, if they don't, we will remake them free of charge until they do. This may require us to send you another impressions kit, which we'll also send to you, free of charge. 

If I don’t like my veneers, can I have a refund?

Our veneers are a custom made product, meaning they are made just for you. Because of this, they can not be “re sold” and for this reason, are non refundable. We will always work with you until you are completely happy with the results of the veneers and make any changes necessary. Please see our refund policy for more details. 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty as long as you have not used your impression kit. Please return the impression kit to us in the full state to receive the refund, minus shipping costs.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us as soon as you can via email at info@withasmileveneers.com 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2 working days for UK delivery. Outside of this varies.

Can I smoke in my veneers? 

Our products are manufactured using a thermoforming plastic and heat can damage and discolour the veneers. Smoking “pulls in” heat to your mouth and ultimately could damage the veneers. If you choose to smoke in your veneers, we can not be held responsible for any damages.

Can I eat and drink in my veneers?

Drinking in your veneers is absolutely fine. Hot drinks are fine as by the time they are cool enough to drink, the heat won’t damage them.

Eating in our veneers is everyone’s personal preference. We wouldn’t suggest eating anything tough such as steak or apples. The majority of our clients do eat in the veneers but it’s everyone’s personal choice. If you choose to eat in the veneers, we can not be held responsible for any damages.
